    C2 Education is looking for a Digital Media Manager who plans, reports, implements and maintains ROI-based digital media campaigns. We are looking for someone that has a knack for problem solving, split testing and optimizing, attention to detail, accountability and working effectively solo and on teams. This person will be responsible for driving and supporting lead growth for C2 Education through digital programs

    Responsibilities

    • Plan, manage and optimize placements through paid search, display, content network, and social media. channels; Support efforts for native and display
    • Understand and achieve clients’ paid traffic goals, particularly measurable objectives
    • Research keywords and forecast PPC budgets
    • Recommend campaign keywords and manage/write versioned PPC ad copy
    • Set up PPC campaigns on Google, Bing and other search channels
    • Set up advertising and promoted content on social media channels
    • Monitor, analyze and make optimization recommendations
    • Responsible for daily/weekly/monthly and ad-hoc requests for campaign performance using reporting tools and Excel
    • Monitor campaign results and analyze key metrics
    • Utilize bid management tools analyze and maintain competitive market and industry trends including competitive keywords and ad copy a local levels
    • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnel
    • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

     

    REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES, AND SKILLS ESSENTIAL TO JOB FUNCTIONS:

    • Demonstrable experience managing paid search
    • Knowledge of SEO, social media, content marketing, display, retargeting and how it relates to other forms of digital media
    • Metrics driven and results oriented
    • Highly creative with experience identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
    • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
    • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
    • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
    • Possess strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Strong work and business ethics; reliable and dependable

     

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • B2C marketing experience required
    • Multi-unit experience required
    • 3 or more years of relevant experience
    • Experience managing successful PPC campaigns
    • Experience with Google Adwords and Google Analytics
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Good written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills
    • Works well with others and independently
