  • Overview

    The Operations Services Department enables flawless execution and outstanding customer service in our educational centers by creating and clarifying processes, systems, policies, and promotions. We contribute training, communication, organization, and project management capability to the organization, and serve as the liaison between the Educator Support Center and center operations.

     

    A key role in the Operations Services Department is the Operations Manager. The Operations Manager serves as the point person on a variety of different projects and systems. The Operations Manager also serves as a link between functional departments, management teams, and field operations. The Operations Manager must provide insightful and timely input to group projects, lead effective cross-functional meetings, provide clear instructions, and manage others toward milestones and deliverables.

     

     

     

    Responsibilities

     

    • Communicate, train, and advise on center operations, processes, procedures, and policies

     

    • Improve operational systems, processes, and policies in support of C2’s mission and key priorities. Drive toward outstanding execution and customer experience

     

    • Serve as point of contact for all customer database questions and improvements

     

    • Scope, create, and manage project timeline for customer database improvements and added functionality

     

    • Manage yearly operations calendar to ensure project milestones are hit. Coordinate with department heads to ensure all are working toward the same benchmarks and deadlines

     

    • Create, implement, and maintain information architecture of company intranet, website, and other shared resources

     

    • Perform administrative tasks and organizational responsibilities such as process compliance, maintaining company operations manuals and policy guides, etc.

     

    • Lead cross functional project teams to deliver new centers on time and on budget

     

    • Other tasks as required by the business

     

     

    Qualifications

     

    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • Minimum of 7 years managing people, budgets, projects, and implementation
    • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and drive toward results
    • Excels in a fast-paced, progressive business environment
    • Outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills
    • Strong analytical and needs assessment skills
    • Experience in education industry preferred
    • Highly self-motivated
