    Responsibilities

    • Complete projects as required for executive team, including but not limited to:
      • Compile operating, business review, board, real estate, and other business presentation materials in PowerPoint each month
      • Scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, copying, calling, and mailing as necessary
      • Ensure smooth and efficient workflow

     

    • Coordinate travel and accommodations
      • CEO, CHRO, and CFO and other executive team members as needed
      • Arrange airport transportation for ESC executives and visitors

     

    • Event Coordination
      • Reserve locations and coordinate travel. Negotiate best rates and stay within budget.
      • Prepare materials
      • Set up
      • Manage logistics and provide on-site support
      • Clean up / tear down

     

    • Expense reports
      • CEO, CHRO, and CFO as well as for company credit cards

     

    • Operations Services Support
      • Complete teacher resource kit ordering and shipping for new centers
      • Process Smart2 support requests and provide other support to centers
      • Enter Audit scores in Smart2
      • Maintain support center and field contact lists as well as Center Director Face Book. Ensure information is accurate and up-to-date.

     

    • Manage supplies orders
      • Copier toner and paper
      • Shipping materials
      • Office supplies
      • Kitchen supplies
      • Snacks and beverages

     

    • Provide project execution and on-site support for annual company conference.

     

    • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

     

    • Other duties as required.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in related field or comparable years of experience.
    • Enthusiastic, motivated team player with good interpersonal skills.
    • 5 years related experience.
    • Strong service orientation with a commitment to producing high quality results within strict deadlines.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Data Entry and online applications (CRM, email, survey tools).
