HR Generalist – Welcome to Class


The “curriculum” as a Human Resource Generalist at C2 Education is designed for you to partner with HR team members and operations. You will work closely with the HRBP as needed on strategic HR initiatives. Supporting our east coast centers, to be successful, it is important to create a positive work environment. You will troubleshoot employee relation issues and conduct root cause investigations and create a resolution as issues arise. In addition, you will assist with the administration of benefits. If you are not afraid of a challenge, your approach is strategic, and your background is Human Resources – you may have what it takes to pass the HR Generalist “exam”!



Looking for A+ Talent

  • Partners with field managers to engage and support employee coaching and development
  • Assists managers with performance management issues, retention strategies and employee development as needed
  • Provides analysis and reporting to HR decisionmakers 
  • Communicates with employees regarding policies and procedure changes
  • Assist in the day-to-day delivery of Human Resources projects, programs, and strategies
  • Respond to inquiries regarding employee relation issues, benefits, and training
  • Prepare and/or process employee termination notices and related documentation
  • Assist with employee benefits and compensation programs, coordinating open enrollment and benefit changes

Required Qualifications

  • 4-year college degree
  • 2+ years in Human Resources
  • Ability to travel in state and out of state


Preferred Qualifications:

  • PHR or SHRM-CP
