Talent Sourcer – Welcome to Class

The “curriculum” as a Talent Sourcer at C2 Education is designed to drive qualified candidates to our growing fast-paced organization. Your #1 responsibility is generating leads that convert to hires. From assisting with creating social media posts, from participating in job fairs – this role offers versatility to get the job done!  If you are a Talent Sourcer who enjoys finding top notch candidates, supporting high volume Recruiters, and has a “get it done” mentality – you may have what it takes to pass the Talent Sourcer “exam”!

 

Responsibilities

Looking for A+ Talent

  • Build connections and establish relationships with target hiring market
  • Source applicants through various methods including advertising, job boards, career fairs, and social media platforms
  • Partner with marketing to create social media posts to advertise featured positions 
  • Track and analyze sourcing metrics
  • Manage talent pools and keep candidates engaged
  • Assist with scheduling interviews with recruiters and hiring managers
  • Assist with organizing college recruitment programs
  • Occasional screening for high priority requisitions

 

Qualifications

Get Accepted at C2 Education

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Business, or relevant work experience
  • 3+ years as a Talent Sourcer
  • 3+ years’ experience Sourcing on various job boards
  • 3+ years’ experience using an Applicant Tracking System
  • Experience maintaining strong relationships with recruiters, business partners and candidates

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting high volume recruiting
  • Experience working in growth driven environment
  • Business development experience
