Teacher Full-time & Part-time. C2 Teachers are the foundation of our business and make the greatest impact on our students. C2 Teachers must be available after school and on weekends and have already earned a 4-year college degree. They must meet score requirements on the official C2 Instructor Examination.

Education Coordinator Full-time & Part-time. C2 Education Coordinators help with student and Teacher scheduling and provide counseling support. Education Coordinators also take on many of the center’s daily tasks and administrative duties. A background in education, management, or sales is preferred. Must be available after school and on weekends and have already earned a 4-year college degree. 

Center Director Full-time. C2 Center Directors are the foremost representatives of C2’s educational philosophy and are the key to our success. Center Directors are responsible for overall center management, achieving business growth goals, and creating and sustaining strong relationships with parents, partners, and the local community. Must have a 4-year college degree and experience in sales, education, or management.

District Manager Full-time. District Managers oversee the operations of our retail tutoring/learning centers. They are responsible for achieving company objectives and executing initiatives, programs and procedures to ensure company compliance and achieve in the areas of center financial results, customer service, operations, marketing and staff training and development. Must have a 4-year college degree a background in education or sales and experience in multi-unit management.
